What We Do
At Meliora Therapy I combine Animal Assisted Interactions (AAI) with Strategic Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP techniques to offer each client a very unique model and approach to therapy work. I'm passionate about supporting, and working with all people including Neurodivergent kids and teens. I treat a variety of issues, including anxiety, social anxiety, anger, behaviour modification, emotional regulation, low self esteem, obsessive behaviors, stress, panic attacks, letting go of the past, unwanted habits, procrastination, mild depression and phobias.
My goal is to help all clients change forward, feel and do better in their lives.
Animal Assisted Interactions!
Kids are unique individuals and I use their interests to help them learn new skills, build resilience and overcome the challenges they are facing. Animal assisted interactions and strategic psychotherapy is a great way to build trust and rapport all while helping your child change forward and develop vital skills in a positive way. Face to face sessions available in the Mernda, Whittlesea Melbourne area, with online sessions available Australia wide.
Supporting Young People
I approach every person as a unique individual, and young people are no exception. We use the Gordian Pillars - a modern and advanced form of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy to help young minds learn and refine their skills. I'm passionate about working with all people including neurodivergent individuals. Helping them learn new and effective ways to manage the symptoms of anxiety, social anxiety, anger, procrastination and low self-esteem.
